Stop keying documents into Infor SyteLine

DynamoDocs captures your invoices, purchase orders, and RFQs from email or upload, reads them with AI, validates every field, and posts them into Infor SyteLine. Your team reviews the exceptions instead of retyping every document.

30-minute session · run against your own Infor SyteLine document types · no commitment

DynamoDocs automates document data entry into Infor SyteLine. Invoices, purchase orders, and requests-for-quote arrive by email or upload in any common format. AI reads and classifies each one, the data is checked automatically, and approved records are posted into Infor SyteLine through a REST endpoint in front of SyteLine's IDOs, or CSV files for a SyteLine import. Infor SyteLine, now sold as Infor CloudSuite Industrial, runs order management, production, and finance for discrete and process manufacturers, on premises or in Infor's cloud.

The mapping

How your documents land in Infor SyteLine

A point-and-click field mapper shapes each record into what Infor SyteLine expects, so there's no JSON to hand-edit.

Invoice →

Becomes an A/P voucher in Infor SyteLine, with header and line items mapped and validated before posting.

Purchase order →

Becomes a customer order, with required fields enforced so nothing posts half-filled.

RFQ →

Becomes an estimate, ready for your team to act on without retyping.

Connection

DynamoDocs connects via a REST endpoint in front of SyteLine's IDOs, or CSV files for a SyteLine import, running in simulation mode until you switch it live, with credentials encrypted at rest.

Specific to Infor SyteLine

How DynamoDocs fits Infor SyteLine

REST or CSV

Delivers mapped records as JSON to a REST endpoint in front of SyteLine's IDOs, or as CSV files for a SyteLine import.

Native records

Shapes supplier invoices as A/P vouchers, customer POs as customer orders, and RFQs as estimates.

Your codes

Maps vendors, customers, GL accounts, and items to the numbers already in SyteLine.

How DynamoDocs connects to SyteLine

DynamoDocs does not ship a dedicated SyteLine connector, and it is better to know that before a demo than after. It delivers each validated record one of two ways. The first is JSON posted to a REST endpoint you name, authenticated with a bearer token; SyteLine sites usually put a small service in front of the IDO layer for this. The second is a CSV file per document written to a folder that a SyteLine import picks up.

Both routes use the same point-and-click field mapper, so vendors, customers, GL accounts, and items are mapped to yours once, and both start in simulation mode. For three-way matching, DynamoDocs can read what was received from a receipts endpoint on the REST route, or from a receipts file you export on the CSV route.

A flagged invoice in the DynamoDocs review queue: the PO match is marked EXCEPTION because the invoice line total exceeds the purchase order and one line is priced above the PO
What a held document looks like: the problem named on the field, before anything reaches Infor SyteLine.

SyteLine AP automation: invoices to A/P vouchers

Supplier invoices arrive through the AP mailbox (Microsoft 365, Gmail, or IMAP) or by upload. AI reads each one, header and lines, without a template per vendor, and validation checks it before delivery: required fields, totals that reconcile, a vendor that resolves, and no duplicate of an invoice already processed. Anything that fails a rule waits in a review queue, flagged on the field, beside the original.

Approval routing by amount band, vendor, GL account, or document type, with delegation and no-login approve links, is available and off by default. Approved invoices can be exported as a payment proposal CSV or a NACHA file. DynamoDocs never moves money.

Customer POs to customer orders

Manufacturers on SyteLine often get customer POs with dozens of part-level lines. DynamoDocs reads every line and delivers a customer order with the customer, their PO number, the order date, and each line's item, quantity, and price. Orders that break a rule you set are held for order entry instead of arriving half right. Requests for quote become estimates.

Customers who send EDI are answered from the same order: a 997 and an 855 on arrival, an 865 for an 860 change, and the 856 ship notice and 810 invoice later. DynamoDocs reads X12 850, 860, 810, and 856 over AS2, SFTP, or a folder your VAN client watches.

For measured production numbers, the distributor case study covers four months of live AP, run on Epicor Prophet 21 rather than Infor SyteLine.

Questions, answered

Infor SyteLine automation FAQ

Is there a SyteLine document automation integration?

There is no prebuilt SyteLine connector. DynamoDocs captures, reads, and validates each document, then delivers it as JSON to a REST endpoint in front of SyteLine's IDOs or as a CSV file for a SyteLine import. Which route fits is settled during onboarding.

Does it work with Infor CloudSuite Industrial?

Yes. CloudSuite Industrial is SyteLine under its current name, and the same two delivery routes apply whether it runs on your servers or in Infor's cloud.

Can DynamoDocs automate SyteLine AP vouchers?

Yes. Supplier invoices are captured from your AP mailbox or an upload, read by AI, validated, and delivered as A/P vouchers with vendor, invoice number, dates, and distribution lines mapped to your GL accounts.

Does it turn customer POs into SyteLine customer orders?

Yes. Customer purchase orders from email, upload, or EDI are read line by line, validated, and delivered as customer orders with customer, customer PO number, and each line's item, quantity, and price.

What does our SyteLine team need to provide?

Either a REST endpoint that accepts the mapped JSON and a bearer token, or a folder a SyteLine import reads. Every new target starts in simulation mode, so each record can be checked before the first real one lands.
