Who we are
DynamoDocs is a document-automation service operated by Uptimize Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to scott@uptimizeme.com.
Information we collect
This marketing site collects only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, company, and any message you submit through the contact form or when you book a demo. If you become a customer, the DynamoDocs application processes the documents and ERP data you connect to it on your behalf, under a separate services agreement.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to demo requests and sales enquiries, and to send information you ask for. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submitted business documents to train shared or third-party models.
Data handling in the product
Each customer runs an isolated instance with its own database, secrets, and credentials. No document or ERP data is shared between customers. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never returned to the browser. See the Security page for details.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies required to render pages and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. The demo scheduler is provided by Cal.com and loads only when you interact with a "Book a demo" control.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us at any time by emailing scott@uptimizeme.com. Customers' rights over document and ERP data processed by the application are governed by their services agreement and data-processing terms.
