These terms govern your use of the DynamoDocs marketing website at dynamodocs.app. Use of the DynamoDocs application itself is governed by a separate written services agreement between your organization and Uptimize Solutions LLC.
Use of this site
You may view and share this site's public content. You may not misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or scrape it in violation of our robots.txt. Named AI crawlers are explicitly welcome.
No warranty on informational content
Descriptions of features, savings figures, supported ERPs, and comparisons are provided for information and may change as the product evolves. Illustrative figures (for example "5–10 minutes and $2–$6 per document") are general estimates, not a guarantee of results for your specific documents or volume.
Intellectual property
DynamoDocs, the DynamoDocs logo, and the site's content are the property of Uptimize Solutions LLC. Third-party product names (ERPs and comparison vendors) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Uptimize Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website. Commercial commitments are set out only in a signed services agreement.
