Acumatica document automation for logistics and 3PL providers

For logistics and 3PL providers, carrier and freight invoices with accessorial charges plus customer orders arrive in every format and get reconciled by hand. DynamoDocs captures each of those documents from a monitored mailbox or upload, reads every field with AI (no per-vendor template), suggests a GL account for each line, and posts it into Acumatica through the Acumatica contract-based REST API. Connects through the Default contract-based endpoint, with the endpoint version set per instance. Clean documents post automatically; only exceptions reach a person, so hours go to moving freight instead of reconciling accessorials by hand.

It becomes an AP bill in Acumatica, with header and line-item fields validated before anything posts. Posts AP Bills, sales orders (order type SO), and sales quotes (order type QT). A visual field-mapping engine shapes the record into exactly what Acumatica expects, so nothing is retyped and nothing posts half-filled.

DynamoDocs suggests a GL account for each line from your keyword rules and from how the same part or description was coded before, and a person confirms it. It does not assign cost center and customer or load. The Acumatica connector posts a fixed set of fields (party, dates, currency, and each line's account or item, quantity, and amount), so those codes are added in Acumatica after the record lands. Anything that fails a validation rule is flagged field-by-field for a quick fix before it posts.

Purchase orders become a sales order and RFQs become a sales quote in Acumatica, with every line, carrier and freight invoices included, read and validated first. Signs in to the company and branch you name, and maps vendors, customers, GL accounts, and inventory IDs to yours.

Keying one document into Acumatica typically takes 5–10 minutes and costs $2–$6 in labor, before the cost of fixing a mis-keyed line.
